01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JazzBuzz website, downloading the JazzBuzz app, or creating a JazzBuzz account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the JazzBuzz platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with any part of the site.

JazzBuzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use JazzBuzz after an update, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use JazzBuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one JazzBuzz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited. JazzBuzz uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately with all balances and bonuses forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JazzBuzz account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JazzBuzz support immediately via live chat.

• Account usernames cannot be changed after registration.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee.
• JazzBuzz may require additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

JazzBuzz currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. JazzBuzz does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. If a deposit is received from a payment account not registered to you, it will be returned and your account may be reviewed.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games on JazzBuzz use certified random number generation to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. JazzBuzz does not manipulate game results in any way beyond the standard house edge that is disclosed for each game. Players are encouraged to review the rules and return-to-player percentages for each game before playing.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JazzBuzz platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence to assist with betting decisions in live games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with JazzBuzz software.

In the event of a technical failure during a game, JazzBuzz will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state at the time of the failure. JazzBuzz's decision in such matters is final.

07 KYC Verification

JazzBuzz is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals.
